This is a part 1 of 2 for us working on our floor. We laid a floating subfloor over the garage floor to increase insulation and help cover all the mounting brackets based on the floor for when motorcycles and other toys are stored in the back.

Installation was easy and the floor temperature has definitely been better. You no longer get a warm floors in the summer and we are waiting to test it in the winter, but expect greater improvements for a warmer floor in the winter!
